Mat Flow

A smooth, continuous sequence of Pilates movements that builds strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Breath-led and fluid—perfect for mind-body connection. Suitable if you are looking for a good way to have an active rest day, or for elderly people looking to keep their bodies moving.
